Step 2: Search some homes online within that range

Once you know what types of properties to look for, the search begins. You can search all the properties listed on the MLS from the comfort of your living room. There are many platforms available to search with, however some stand out as the best. For instance Realtor.com is the most accurate as its owned by the National Association of Realtors”. It will have the most up to date info. To search Realtor.com click below

Step 3: See some of the properties in person

Once you have seen some stuff you like, its time to step in some properties and really get an idea. To do this its usually best to find your self a “buyers Real Estate Agent” and give them a list of the properties you want to see,

They will set all the appointments with the listing agents and have access to vacant properties via the SUPRA system. Ideally you want a full time agent that can be responsive and attentive to your schedule and needs. Choosing the right agent is important as they will be negotiating on your behalf, and helping you through the hurdles that come your way.
